Ceiling fans do more than move air around — they cut your energy bills year-round. In summer, they create a wind-chill effect that lets you raise the thermostat by 4–6 degrees without feeling warmer. In winter, flip the switch to reverse and they push warm air back down from the ceiling. New Ceiling Fan Installation

If you’ve got a room with no ceiling fan and want one, we handle the full install. That means running a new circuit or tapping into an existing one, installing a fan-rated electrical box in the ceiling (regular light boxes aren’t strong enough to hold a fan), and mounting and wiring the fan.

This is not a DIY job. Ceiling fans are heavy, they vibrate, and if the electrical box isn’t rated for a fan, it can come loose from the ceiling. We make sure everything is secure, properly wired, and up to code.

Replacing an Existing Fan or Light Fixture

Swapping out an old fan for a new one is usually straightforward if the existing box is fan-rated. We can also replace a regular light fixture with a ceiling fan — but the junction box almost always needs to be upgraded to a fan-rated box first.

We install all brands and styles — Hunter, Casablanca, Minka Aire, Hampton Bay, whatever you pick. If you want a fan with a light kit, remote control, or smart home integration, we’ll set that up too.
